Your order will be processed by one of our staff as a matter of priority. If you placed your order within our business hours (Monday-Friday - 9AM-5PM Mountain Time), your order will be processed in 2 to 24 hours. If you placed your order outside of our business hours, expect your order to be processed within 24 to 48 hours.
Within one hour of your ordering being processed by our staff, you should receive your username and password - these enable you to download the full version, plus receive updates and upgrades.

No - you do not need to register the trial - use it for up to the trial period, and purchase as soon as you are ready.

How long do I have to wait for my key?
Not long! How it works, is that when your order is placed with an online payment, you are sent an email confirming your purchase. We process orders many times a day during the business week - on weekends, at least 5-6 times a day. The biggest wait will be if you placed an order LATE at night - you may have to wait until the morning for your order to be processed.
What do I get with a Webroot software license?
The software protects aginst spyware and has regular updates to provide you with the latest protection.
I have purchased an order and do not yet have a Username and Password, why?
It may take from 2 to 24 hours during a business day to get your order processed, and 24 to 48 hours on the weekends.
It will take longer to process an order through PayPal eCheck and we will have to wait for your money to clear if you send it buy check and money order or PayPal eCheck (PayPal balance transfers and credit card are treated as regular credit-card - ie, as an immediate payment).
Other common themes are the wrong e-mail, a miswritten e-mail, or your e-mail filter sent it to your spam folder, in which case you will want to check that folder.
Can I buy a License now, and then add another License to that order in a few months?
It is not a process we like to do but it can be done, it would result in a few changes, such as you getting a new license for 2 computers instead of one.
We would prefer it if you did not go about buying your licenses separate, if you can avoid it, please avoid it.
I recently ordered Webroot software for one of my computers, but I would now like another copy for my other computer, can you charge my Credit Card without me going in to order another?
No, we cannot charge your Card Directly from here because your Credit Card Information is not stored in our system. Your card is charged directly through Authorize so that we do not have to even see your Card information.
This is for your protection as it is a safer and more secure way of doing business with a Credit Card Involved.
I need to renew - how do I know when my renewal is up?
In the first instance, refer to the email you were sent when you originally purchased your Webroot software, or this particular renewal - the expiration date will be in this email.
I have a charge on my credit card from 'Computer Security Solutions' - is this you?
Yes, the webrootglobal.com merchant account is in the name of 'Computer Security Solutions' - this is a division of Web Your Business Inc.
We separated out our computer software sales into a separate merchant account due to the large number of charge backs from our customers, who did not read the email we sent them with their license. Customers did not realize they had purchased from 'Web Your Business' - and thought that their NOD32 purchase was an erroneous or fraudulent charge!
So if you see a charge from 'Computer Security Solutions' - that's us!
