I have paid. What is next?
Your order will be processed by one of our staff as a matter of priority. If you placed your order within our business hours (Monday-Friday - 9AM-5PM Mountain Time), your order will be processed in 2 to 24 hours. If you placed your order outside of our business hours, expect your order to be processed within 24 to 48 hours.
Within one hour of your ordering being processed by our staff, you should receive your username and password - these enable you to download the full version, plus receive updates and upgrades.
Within an hour of registering, you will receive an email from us telling you what your Username/Password is.
What version of Webroot Software should I download?
Please find out the type and version of your operating system first. Then search for the appropriate Webroot software version on our download page.
What will I get with the Webroot software download?
You will download an executable file to your desktop - that file must be "extracted", by simply double clicking on it, to install Webroot software.
My Username and/or Password is incorrect. What should I do?
Most problems relating to usernames and password are because of a mis-typed letter or number - we recommend that you copy and paste your username/password into the Webroot application and your browser when prompted for them during download.
Username and password problems are most often a confusion of 'O' and'0', or 'i', 'l' and '1' - these can be difficult to distinguish between in some computer fonts, so we build a NOD32 Username and Password Speller - give it a try, copy and paste your username and password into the script and it will spell out your username/password so you can be sure you are typing things correctly!

My Password is not recognized. What should I do?
First be sure that your license has not expired. Then you must ensure that you are using the Username and Password that was sent to you by Webroot. Then you must be sure that they are being copied exactly as given. These are case sensitive - we suggest that you cut and paste them to ensure exact transcription.
Do I need to register the trial versions of Webroot software?
No - you do not need to register the trial - use it for up to the trial period, and purchase as soon as you are ready.
How long will my download be available?
As soon as you get your username and password, you will be able to download - and you will be able to download your licensed Webroot software for as long as your username and password are valid.
