My Username and/or Password is incorrect. What should I do?

Most problems relating to usernames and password are because of a mis-typed letter or number - we recommend that you copy and paste your username/password into the Webroot application and your browser when prompted for them during download.

Username and password problems are most often a confusion of 'O' and'0', or 'i', 'l' and '1' - these can be difficult to distinguish between in some computer fonts, so we build a NOD32 Username and Password Speller - give it a try, copy and paste your username and password into the script and it will spell out your username/password so you can be sure you are typing things correctly!
